Instructions
- 1Heat a wok
Heat a wok over high heat and add vegetable oil [00:01].
High heatTip: If you don't have a walk use fry pan - 2Stir fry vegetables
Add the sliced vegetables (onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage) to the hot wok and stir-fry quickly [00:04].
Tip: If you want to add egg in this point you can add egg first cook it and beside it then add vegetables - 3Noodles
Add the pre-boiled noodles into the wok with the vegetables [00:10].
Tip: Make sure your pre-board noodles are not be over done - 4Mix
Pour in the soy sauce and add your seasoning mix [00:19].
Tip: You can add splash of water so your noodles not be stuck - 5Toss everything
Toss everything together vigorously using the wok to combine and cook until well incorporated and aromatic [00:22].
