1. Acceptance

By using CanvasCook you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Chef accounts are granted by the site owner. Chefs may publish recipes and videos and take part in Chef Chat; these privileges may be revoked for violating these terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, post unlawful content or attempt to compromise security.

3. Recipes and cooking are at your own risk

Recipes, cooking times, temperatures and the Food Safety notes we show are provided for general guidance. Kitchens, ovens and ingredients vary. You are responsible for cooking food safely, checking for allergens and following the guidance of a qualified professional for any dietary or medical condition. CanvasCook is not liable for any illness, injury or loss arising from preparing or eating a recipe.

4. AI-generated content

Some recipes, descriptions and images on CanvasCook are created by artificial intelligence at a user's request. They are clearly labelled and have not necessarily been tested in a kitchen. Treat them as a starting point, use your judgement, and see our Editorial & AI Policy for how we review them before promoting them to the main library.

5. Your content

• You keep ownership of recipes, photos, videos and messages you submit. You grant CanvasCook a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt for formatting and distribute that content on the site and its social channels.
• You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload and that it does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• We may remove or unpublish content that breaches these terms, is reported by the community, or that we consider harmful, misleading or off-topic.

6. Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk downloading or automated access to the site or its AI generator without written permission.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, access other users' accounts or the admin area, or interfere with the service.
• No spam, harassment, hateful content or content promoting dangerous food practices.

7. Intellectual property

The CanvasCook name, logo, design, original chef recipes, videos and photography are owned by Chef Munishwar or licensed to us. You may print or save recipes for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing our original recipes or videos elsewhere requires permission — see the Copyright section of our Editorial Policy.

8. Third-party links and embeds

The site embeds YouTube videos and may link to other sites. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CanvasCook and Chef Munishwar are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
